We believe in working alongside teachers to help them develop the knowledge and skills they seek to make their classroom practices more effective, efficient, and equitable. Courses are available in English and Spanish.

Our consulting services include professional development for dual language teachers and dual language leadership coaching for principals and central office administrators.
Exploratory Tandem Teaching Visit
Mode: On-site
Time Frame: 2 or more days (depending on size of program)
Focus: One-day PD/community building on Tandem Teaching 101 plus one-day (or more depending on program size) site visit/observations focused on key areas of Tandem Teaching - use of common roots and soil of effective instruction, use of cross-linguistic pedagogies, and cross-linguistic co-planning
- deliverable: summary report with action plan for next steps
- outcome: school personnel have increased awareness of their current strengths and areas for growth for Tandem Teaching and a plan of action for moving forward
BILITERACY MAPPING
Our biliteracy mapping retreats provide dual language practitioners the opportunity to learn a cross-linguistic process for biliteracy mapping.
